Once you have an account, you can place an order via our 24-hour call center (800-390-1114), or directly at JointHealing.com.
Most braces require only one simple thigh measurement.
When ordering, you simply specify your account number, the billing party (i.e., you can represent multiple insurance companies), and the patient's address.
The brace/product is shipped to directly to the patient. We then bill the insurer directly.
